Twin Peaks is a major addition to an existing mountain home in Park City, Utah, designed to feel seamless and fully cohesive with the original structure. The project expands the home’s ability to host multiple families at once, functioning as a self-contained living environment with the amenities of a small home while remaining thoughtfully connected to the main residence. Light-touch updates to the original 1990s house refreshed the interiors, while the new addition was carefully scaled and detailed to match the existing architecture. Designed for flexibility, the addition allows friends and family to stay comfortably when visiting or passing through town.
Program includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, den with a full kitchenette, large foyer/mudroom with a speakeasy-styled hidden door to a golf simulator room, and an oversized garage.
