The Gathering House is a multi-generational vacation home in Kamas, Utah designed to bring three families together in a shared retreat while allowing each group its own sense of privacy. Tucked into a hillside and oriented to overlook the surrounding community and valley beyond, the home is organized into multiple private wings and dedicated children’s zones, creating flexibility to host everyone comfortably at the same time. An open, light-filled core anchors the home, supporting entertaining and shared living, while expanded glazing captures long views and reinforces the home’s mountain character. A standout feature is the integrated wellness spa, where indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly between a cold plunge and hot tub, sauna, gym, and relaxation areas. Generous outdoor living spaces—including multiple fire pits and an outdoor kitchen—extend the experience beyond the interior, creating a destination designed for connection, restoration, and time together.
Program includes 5 bedrooms, a large bunk room, office, fitness wing, 3 large outdoor patios, and multiple family entertainment rooms.
